  • Device Identifiers & Technical Data: Operating system version, device model, language preferences, IP address, device orientation, network carrier, and advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV).
  • In-App Activity & Gameplay Data: Game high scores, best length achieved, game duration, ad interactions, and settings configurations (sound effects and haptic feedback toggles).
  • Purchase & In-App Subscription Data: Transaction validation details processed securely through Apple’s App Store framework when purchasing the “Remove Ads” subscription or initiating a 7-day free trial. We do not process or store payment card details directly.

Our app uses ironSource (Unity LevelPlay) ad network and mediation platform to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements.

  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS devices, we explicitly request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies’ apps and websites for targeted advertising purposes.
  • Opt-Out Options: You may decline tracking via the iOS system prompt. If you decline, you will still see advertisements, but they will be non-personalized.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (“Remove Ads”)

We provide an option to upgrade to an Ad-Free experience (“Remove Ads”) through Apple In-App Purchases:

  • 7-Day Free Trial: Certain subscription options may include a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription at the price specified at purchase.
  • Billing & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the current billing period’s end.
  • Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Neon Snake is designed as a general-audience casual arcade game suitable for users aged 4+. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such information.
