Peptide Tracker — Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2026 Contact: amansingh74826839@gmail.com

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Peptide Tracker (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is a personal organizational tool that helps you record peptide cycles, dosing schedules, dose history, and self-reported symptoms. It is developed and operated by an individual developer, not a company, healthcare provider, or covered entity under any medical privacy law.

2. Not Medical Advice

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. It is a scheduling and record-keeping tool only. Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide, medication, or supplement regimen. Nothing in the App constitutes a recommendation or endorsement of any substance, dosage, or protocol.

3. Information You Provide to the App

When you use the App, you may enter the following information directly:

  • Peptide or substance names, dosages, frequencies, start dates, and cycle durations.
  • Dose logs, including status (taken, skipped, or missed) and timestamps.
  • Symptom or side-effect notes you choose to record, including severity ratings.
  • Reminder time preferences and notes you write yourself.

This information is entered voluntarily by you and is never required to be accurate, complete, or truthful for the App to function.

4. Where Your Information Is Stored

All cycle, dose, and symptom data you enter is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. The App does not operate its own servers and does not transmit this information to the developer or to any third party. This data is not part of any analytics, advertising, or profiling activity.

If you use Apple’s device backup features (iCloud Backup, Finder, or iTunes backup) with app data included, your locally stored information may be included in that backup. Such backups are governed by Apple’s own privacy practices, not by this Policy.

You can permanently delete all cycle, dose, and symptom data at any time using the “Clear All Data” option in Settings, or by deleting the App from your device.

5. Notifications and Device Permissions

The App requests permission to send local notifications, used solely to remind you of scheduled doses. These reminders are generated and scheduled entirely on your device using Apple’s local notification system — the App does not use any remote or third-party push notification service, and no dose or health information is transmitted in order to deliver a reminder.

The App does not request or access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, calendar, motion data, or Apple Health data. If any future version of the App requests an additional permission, this Policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, you will be asked to re-accept it.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ($2.99 USD per month, with an optional 7-day free trial where offered). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

To manage subscription status, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management platform, as a data processor. RevenueCat receives limited information necessary to validate and manage your subscription, such as an anonymous app user identifier and App Store transaction/receipt data. RevenueCat does not receive any of your peptide, dose, or symptom information, which remains stored only on your device as described in Section 4. RevenueCat’s own privacy practices are described at revenuecat.com/privacy.

7. No Advertising and No Behavioral Analytics

The App does not contain advertising SDKs, does not sell or rent your information, and does not use third-party behavioral analytics or tracking tools to profile you across other apps or websites. The only third-party service integrated into the App is the subscription-management processor described in Section 6.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Because substantially all of your cycle, dose, and symptom data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us, you retain full and direct control over it at all times — you can view, edit, or permanently delete it within the App without needing to make a request to us.

For the limited subscription-related information described in Section 6 that is processed by RevenueCat and Apple, you may have rights under applicable law depending on your location, including but not limited to:

  • Right to access, correct, or delete personal information (e.g., under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, or the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act).
  • Right to object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any such right regarding subscription-related data, you may contact us at the email address above, and we will direct or assist your request as appropriate, including by referring you to RevenueCat’s or Apple’s own privacy request channels where the data is held by them as an independent processor or controller.

9. International Use and Data Transfers

The App may be used in any country. Because your personal cycle, dose, and symptom data never leaves your device, no international transfer of that data occurs. Limited subscription-related data processed by RevenueCat and Apple may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where those companies or their service providers operate, consistent with their own privacy policies and applicable legal safeguards.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App and provided information through it, please contact us so that we can address the situation, noting that any such information would reside solely on that individual’s own device under Section 4.

11. Data Retention

Information you enter into the App is retained locally on your device until you delete it yourself or delete the App. Subscription-related records described in Section 6 are retained by RevenueCat and Apple in accordance with their own retention practices, generally for as long as necessary to provide subscription services and comply with legal and financial obligations.

12. Reliability of Reminders — Disclaimer

While the App attempts to schedule reminders reliably, delivery of local notifications depends on factors outside the App’s control, including device operating system behavior, Low Power Mode, Do Not Disturb / Focus modes, notification permission settings, device storage, software updates, and hardware conditions. The developer makes no guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time or at all, and is not liable for any missed dose, health outcome, injury, or damage resulting from a missed, delayed, or failed notification, app malfunction, software bug, data loss, or update-related issue.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and any distributor of this App (including app store operators) shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to health complications, missed medical doses, data loss, or financial loss — arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the App. The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying dosing information with a qualified healthcare professional, for confirming that reminders and logs are accurate, and for maintaining independent records of any medically important information. Use of any substance tracked in the App is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

15. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time, including alongside future App updates. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Where required, you will be asked to review and re-accept this Policy after any App version update, presented on first launch of the new version.

16. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection or data protection law provides otherwise for users in that jurisdiction.
